How to report an outdated fee
Please include:
- marketplace and seller country;
- category, plan, fulfillment method, and relevant seller status;
- the publicly accessible official marketplace URL;
- the stated effective date, if one is published;
- the calculator inputs and the individual fee line that differs; and
- your expected calculation, including the fee basis.
Protect your information
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, tax identifiers, full marketplace statements, customer details, addresses, or unredacted order screenshots. A public policy link and a minimal numerical example are normally enough to investigate a rate.
Calculation and accessibility issues
For a calculation issue, include the page address, device/browser, and steps to reproduce. For an accessibility issue, describe the control, expected keyboard or screen-reader behavior, and any assistive technology involved.
Business and advertising inquiries
The initial site has no live ads, sponsored placements, affiliate program, or paid fee rankings. Inquiries do not influence calculator results or editorial decisions. Any future commercial relationship must remain clearly separated from fee-data verification.
