Acceptance and permitted use
By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully for informational planning. You may use calculator outputs for your own selling decisions and share generated scenarios. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent the site as affiliated with a marketplace, or republish substantial site content as your own service.
Estimates, not guarantees
Results depend on user inputs and the fee schedule displayed at calculation time. They do not guarantee a marketplace charge, payout date, settlement amount, margin, tax result, or business outcome. Confirm important decisions against the marketplace's fee preview, current policy, and final statement.
User responsibility
You are responsible for selecting the correct seller country, category, plan, fulfillment method, fee overrides, and seller-specific costs. You are also responsible for tax, legal, accounting, consumer-protection, and marketplace compliance obligations.
Intellectual property and marketplace names
The original site copy, interface, and calculation implementation belong to the site operator or applicable licensors. Marketplace names, logos, and policy materials belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification and source attribution only.
Availability and changes
The site, calculators, sources, and terms may change as marketplace policies evolve. Features may be corrected, replaced, or withdrawn. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve transparent history, but uninterrupted availability is not promised.
No professional relationship
Using the site does not create an accountant-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or marketplace relationship.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on an estimate, marketplace action, policy change, or unavailable service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
